Coming Home with Tears

HI Everyone: What a gift it has been to be here seeing God do so much! We saw God move mountains in a grandfather that would not let his special needs grandson go to a Bethania Center b/c the child has a special need, as I shared my story of how God has worked in my son & how God can also work in his grandson, his eyes were filled with tears. I gave him a picture of our family and told him that I understand that there are days filled with hardship. I told him that Jesus can / will help. I told him I cared and will pray for his family.
He said "YES"! I will let my grandchild go to hear about Jesus and have you help him with his special needs. Up til this point, for 2 years he has said no. God soften his heart, broke down the walls that were up. GOD MOVED RIGHT BEFORE OUR EYES, we all watched the Spirit Work!!! All praise to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit!
We have had so many people that were open to hearing WHY we have gone to India, don't worry -- I have made a list to share with anyone who wants to hear.
Kate spoke so boldly to the children --- the Spirit is at work. Mary Jo and I said, "she is Norm's girl"!! Norm your prayers have been answered!! Can't wait to share all the stories.
Mary Jo is a ROCK! Bible verses, Prayers & such love for the kids, just ask her about it.
Hannah -- I told "wide eyed girl" all about you! She says "HI"! I miss you and David very much! Hannah, I am telling everyone about 'baby-Jesus', I cried when I had to say 'good bye'. Tears of joy! Tears of hope. Tears of knowing that they know Jesus. I asked if any of the children wanted to bless us / me. We all had so many that came right over and put their hands on our heads and prayed for each of us, then they made the sign of the cross on our forheads. What a gift it was to us, to have children praying for us. Praise God!
I am proud of you Hannah, to tie your shoes. I want to watch you & 'suggle suggle' on Sunday night. We all feel great, abit tired.
Thanks for praying for us, agian I can not wait to share & hear what God has done in your life! I love "GOD" stories!
We are leaving for our 25 hour flight home, see you around 7 pm on Sunday night. Huge Hugs for everyone! I love you Renee!
In His Grip! Alan |
