LC-MS Synodical President, The Rev. Dr. Gerald Kieschnick joined St. John's for the finale of our year-long 150th Anniversary Celebration.  Pres. Kieschnick shared God's Word with us as we are called to be the Church, God's people, in this place at this time.  When asked for all of St. John's charter members to stand, none were in attendance, especially considering the charter was 150 years ago.  Similarly, Pres. Kieschnick did not expect any of those present to be around when St. John's would be celebrating 300 years.  This only demonstrates that the church is always created and sustained by God's Grace.

To God be the Glory, forever and ever.  Amen!!!
