Here it is!!!  Everything the world needs to be saved is on the scene – Jesus.  Mark’s Gospel gives us the important stuff, what is primary, about Jesus Christ, the Son of God.  This first week of our new series looks at how Mark tells about Jesus.  It will be focused on the text quite heavily and setting up the rest of the summer.  Ultimately, God is making for himself a new people through Jesus – “The Kingdom of God is near, Repent and Believe the Good News!”  The rest of Mark's Gospel will be about Jesus, the Kingdom of God, making disciples.
