We don't know much about Stephen, except what is shared in Acts 6 and 7.  But his is a powerful story of faithfulness and deliverance.  Listen to the message, read Acts 6 & 7, and consider the following:

  1. Why was Stephen stoned to death?
  2. What did Stephen pray as his enemies were killing him?  Whose example was he following?
  3. Describe the strength of Stephen's faith.  How does God's Spirit help those who believe in Jesus when they face ridicule and opposition?
