Welcome to St. John's Lutheran School Library.  We have finished a great school year that focused on securing our future for eternity through Jesus Christ.  Through his death and resurrection our sins are forgiven and our future for eternity is secure.  Thank you Jesus!

The Library has 7,561 books.   We are blessed to have a wonderfully equipped Library.  We thank God for Connie Dentzler whose estate has given the Library the majority of its funding.  It is through her generosity that we have a part-time certified Librarian, computer system, wood book shelves, carpeting, chairs, and a wide variety of books.  

We also thank God for the Edna Hoefert memorial gift to the Library.  This will enable us to buy books for the next 5 years. 

Thank you to all the ladies who helped in the school Library.  Bless you for your willingness to serve.  The Library has never before checked in and out so many books and we couldn't do it all without your help.  We circulated 13,029 books during the school year!!!  That's 2,347 more than last year.  We got our exercise putting those books back on the shelf.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HELP US NEXT SCHOOL YEAR, PLEASE CONTACT MRS. PETERSON IN THE LIBRARY.  It takes many willing hands to make our Library run smoothly.

    
Students: The Accelerated Reader list of quizzes is on our website - see the link on the left side of the screen when you log on to the School page.  If we don't have a book you want, try the West Bend Library. They have a copy of our AR booklist.  It is behind the Youth Librarian's desk on the main floor.  You may use it to look up any title and check to see if we have the AR Test.  You can check out the book from them and take the AR test here at school.
